I am currently an Assistant Curator at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Ontario. My research can be summarized as palaeomacroecology; that is, I have an interest in large scale patterns and processes of species diversity changes through the fossil record. This involves projects on beta diversity in Maastrichtian dinosaurs, latitudinal diversity gradients in plants, and network analyses of biogeography.
I am currently married to my beautiful wife Meaghan, and we have two children, Callum and Ada.
